Summarising, what we have is a system that enables automated trading using Smart Contracts (for a Goods and Services Supply Network, such as Social Housing) that can be enacted on a private network of databases, and where, due to the ability to share information (using asymmetric cryptography) with supply/health partners, secure communication channels can be established.
